Job Details
The option to work PART TIME is possible.
The firm is highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality it provides to its private clients. The ideal candidate for this private client solicitor role will be able to deal with straightforward probate work with minimal supervision and assist on a range of other matters.
You will be working in a team of 8 other fee earners and have the full support of a legal secretary.
The department generally deal with the following:
- Administering an Estate Court of Protection Creation
- Administration of Trusts Elderly Client Advice Inheritance Tax (IHT)
- Power of Attorney Trust and Estate Accounting
- Tax Management
- Will drafting and Reviewing Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes
