Requirements:

• Trained in a good commercial law firm (leading regional UK/City/International);
• England & Wales, Scottish, Irish, Australia/NZ qualified;
• At least one relevant transactional seat;
• Good academics (2.1 minimum);
• Friendly team-oriented personality who enjoys client contact;
• Genuine interest in an offshore career for at least the medium term.
