Corporate/Commercial Solicitor (NQ) A local, reputable and progressive law firm is seeking to appoint a corporate/commercial solicitor at NQ level to join their growing team.

Due to their growing client base our client would like to appoint a corporate/commercial solicitor to strengthen their team. This is a small but growing department where you will work alongside a highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable senior solicitor advising on a range of matters to include; mergers and acquisitions, commercial trading contracts, IP matters along with shareholder issues, director’s duties and regulatory matters.

To be considered you must have a genuine interest in corporate/commercial work along with demonstrating a six month seat in your training contract in commercial or corporate work. You must have great commercial awareness along with the ambition, drive and passion to really make yourself stand out in the local market.

This opportunity is great for somebody local to Bridgnorth wanting to secure a newly qualified position with a local firm which is going from strength to strength.
