Job Details
Local High Street firm who are 'Conveyancing Quality' accredited are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their centrally located Barrow-In-Furness head office. Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE experience.
You will be working in traditional environment managing files from inception to completion and dealing with residential property transactions consisting of Sales, Purchase, Remortgages, Right to Buy and Transfer of Equity including Deeds of Gift. Experience of Commercial Property will also be an advantage as these matters will occasionally come across your desk.
One vitally important attribute is the ability to business develop and be extremely personable with local clients as you will experience lots of client contact. You will be supporting fee earners with their caseloads and also providing guidance whenever required. This role would be perfect for somebody who is seeking a fresh challenge in a beautiful part of Cumbria / South Lake District. Salary circa £40k + great benefits package for this fantastic opportunity.
