Criminal Duty Solicitor

As a result, they have a duty solicitor vacancy available which can be taken up in the offices in Stockport or Bury. The role will involve a varied case load of criminal matters, and the ideal candidate will preferably have their higher rights so as to handle a mix of both magistrates work and crown court trials - although higher rights of advocacy are not absolutely necessary if the candidate shows a desire to develop their career.
This is an excellent opportunity for a duty solicitor who is currently on the rota to join a forward thinking and successful practice during a very exciting period of expansion.
