Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious paralegal to join the Housing department of a Top100 commercial law in their Liverpool offices.
You will be joining the Housing & Regeneration department which is a national leading provider of legal services to the housing sector, with access to high quality work and an excellent training environment. You will be assisting a wide range of clients including housing associations, charities, public authorities and not for profit organisations. The firm have an incredibly strong reputation with the social housing sector, emphasised by their excellent reputation within the private sector.
You will be providing legal support to the team, mainly dealing with sales and purchases of individual units, plot sales to the private and public sector, right to buy and right to acquire. This is an ideal role for a focused and determined individual who desires to be a valuable member of the team.
The firm have an excellent reputation for high quality service, excellent client care and promoting a collaborative atmosphere. Due to winning an impressive amount of work recently the department offers excellent career opportunities for a determined paralegal. Experience of the Housing and Regeneration law isn't essential; however experience within the property sector will be ideal as specific sector training will be provided. Additionally a law degree or ILEX would be advantageous but not crucial if you have relevant law experience.
