Position - Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
Leasehold Property/Leasehold Enfranchisement/Freehold Purchases/Landlord Advisory/Tenant Advisory/Lease Extension/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join the London offices of a large international law firm. The firm represents a range of institutional landlords, property management firms and banks with regards to their property portfolios. Due to an increase in the need for their enfranchisement services, the firm are now looking to bring a Solicitor into this team. With this in mind the firm are looking for a Solicitor that has a strong leasehold enfranchisement background and that is used to working with clients that have large portfolios of properties. Due to the nature of the position the firm would also be looking for someone with proven client facing skills and the ability to support the team's business development, marketing and networking activities. In turn this is a great opportunity for a legal specialist within leasehold enfranchisement to join an international law firm that works with and represents some of the UK's largest property interests. The firm have a dedicated career development and training programme to get the best out of their lawyers and to aid in their career development.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Background in leasehold enfranchisement law.
- Experience working with institutional landlords, property management firms and financial businesses.
- Strong client facing skills and able to support departmental business development.
