Locum Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A legal 500 firm in Kent requires the assistance of a Locum Corporate Commercial Solicitor to cover a period of holiday leave in the Autumn.

The role will be a stand-alone position therefore the ability to work without supervision is a must.

The successful candidate will be covering a full corporate caseload which will include:

• Commercial agreements to include: Agency Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Terms and Conditions of Trading and general bespoke commercial agreements
• Formation, variation and dissolution of partnerships
• Acquisitions and Disposals of business assets
• Sales and purchases of businesses share capital
• General commercial transactions – to include management and investor buy-outs  

Due to the nature of the workload, the successful candidate should have previous experience obtained from a reputable practice and be able to work without supervision. Commitment to providing an efficient service to clients is essential.  

The firm is based near a main line train station and parking is available nearby.
