Probate Solicitor

My client has a fantastic opportunity in Bristol as they are currently looking for a skilled probate solicitor to join their probate team. This is an opportunity for you to make each and every clients experience a great one, in a business which puts people at the heart of its strategy.

The successful candidate will join the probate operations team in a technical role with a primary focus on client service. You'll manage, from start to finish, a regular incoming case load of complex and high touch cases. With no targeted business development work my client can offer you a great work life balance in an alternative business structure, different from a private practice environment.

You will have the responsibility of managing a caseload of quality, complex and high profile cases from start to finish including but not limited to foreign assets, business assets, high net worth estates and complex intestacies. You will use your technical abilities, knowledge and skills to focus on the estate administration and engage with clients by telephone and email predominantly. You will update case information and status on the case management system while working closely with a legal assistant and/or other case managers, effectively delegating tasks to make sure that cases are progressed efficiently.

This role is open to applicants who are an NQ + PQE solicitor or a fellow of ILEX or STEP qualified. You will to have had fee earning experience and be able to demonstrate a strong interest in probate having experienced working in probate or private client.
