Due to an impending retirement our client, a multi-sited traditional firm, is currently searching for a suitable lawyer within their property department in Worksop.

This is an opportunity to forget the politics, get on with a good stream of quality work autonomously and leave at 5pm! Based in their Worksop office you will join a tight knit, multi-disciplined firm with a friendly, open door policy and a healthy attitude to work/life balance.

You will have dedicated secretarial support handling a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters. You will ideally have above 4 years PQE with a broad knowledge of commercial and residential property transactions.

The role will involve handling a traditional property caseload inclusive of sales, commercial leases, purchases, landlord and tenant files, development, letting, financing and property investment work.
