Real Estate Solicitor
A Real Estate or Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a regional firm of Solicitors who specialise in Commercial Legal Services. This is a demanding role which will require experience of working on high value commercial transactions. The scope of the role includes matters such as energy, public sector and retail in addition to general real estate investment work and corporate support.
The Firm? They are a highly regarded and award winning firm of Solicitors in the heart of Leeds city centre. They have an enviable reputation for the quality of their work and their portfolio of clients. A number of the Partners with this firm have worked their way up through the ranks and it is this approach to career development which ensures they recruit and retain some of the best Commercial Solicitors in the region.
The successful candidate will be an established Real Estate or Commercial Property Solicitor who is adept at dealing with clients from instruction and throughout the transaction process. Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision, they will have a proven track record in high value property deals. Although only a guide, it is anticipated that the appointed Solicitor will be 2+ yrs PQE. This role with suit a relocater or someone from a large National firm who is looking to still have the quality of work but in a Regional firm setting.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary upwards of £45,000, comprehensive benefits package and genuine career prospects.
