Conveyancer Lancashire

Our client is a successful multi office Law Firm with offices in Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Salary up to £35,000. Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer preferable but outstanding non-qualified candidates will also be considered provided that they have over 3 years' worth of fee earning experience. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have over 3 years of good quality contemporary property experience as a fee earner.

The team is able to provide a first class working environment and career advancement/training. This is a role that will encompass all aspects of residential property work. This is not a volume environment and back office support is available to ensure an efficient, client focused service.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered.

To be considered you must have previous experience using case management software, digital dictation along with the ability to support other team members as and when necessary.
