This highly regarded and directory rated firm has an impressive national presence in the Construction sector and is currently looking to recruit an experienced Construction lawyer to join their Bristol team.

Your new role

With a broad ranging practice providing comprehensive contentious and non-contentious advice, this team have a diverse client base spanning the housing, local authority, education, renewable energy, infrastructure, rail, highways and registered provider sectors. With the property industry returning to form, this team has been enjoying sustained growth in their instructions.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have developed an expertise in predominantly non-contentious construction work (though experience of providing contentious advice would be beneficial) and have worked for a leading construction team. Experience of advising clients in the public sector would be a distinct advantage together with experience of advising on PFI/ PPP matters. You will be used to developing strong client relationships and have a solid network in the construction industry.
