The Role

This is a great opportunity for an Associate/Partner looking to join a flourishing office in Oxford

They advise a mix of commercial, not-for-profit, regulatory and private clients. They are expanding the education aspect of the highly regarded Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Children and Education department. You will deal with a diverse caseload of education matters ranging from early years to higher education with a focus in; Special education needs, Equality act claims, Admissions, Exclusions and Complaints.

This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression, or a Partner seeking Equity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm that has real ambition to continue to grow.

Requirements:

• You will be an Education Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE
• Must be able to develop and maintain good client relationships.
• You should have strong Education Law experience
• Experience of managing a team is desirable, but not essential.
• A strong billings history is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable dependant on experience, plus a very lucrative bonus structure and benefits package.
