The role

The firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for their Newbury, Berkshire office.

Now is an exciting time to join the Reading office as they are set to grow significantly over the next 24 months due to a surge of new work, with this will come good prospects for progression. You will work alongside a highly experienced, Legal 500 ranked, property team. The firm deal with an excellent quality of work, fee earners deal with manageable caseloads with a focus on quality over quantity. You will deal with your own caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be an ILEX, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least one year's Conveyancing experience (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have good technical knowledge
• First-class client care skills are essential
• You will be based in the Newbury, Berkshire office
• This role comes with good prospects for progression including Partner
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
