The Role

A new vacancy has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join the Company Commercial/ Corporate team to join the firms Putney, South West London office.
The Company Commercial/ Corporate team is highly regarded and has a strong reputation not just across London but also Nationally. This department sits within the Commercial group with several Lawyers ranked as leaders in the field, in the legal 500. You will assist with a very high quality of work; this will be a hands-on Legal Secretary role. You will deal with; Searches with Companies House, Record keeping, Preparation of Corporate and banking transaction documentation, Company Formations, UK and European trade mark applications and file opening and closing.

Requirements

• You will be a Legal Secretary with at least two years' experience of working in a Commercial department
• If you have experience of dealing with Company Commercial or Corporate, this will be to advantage
• You should have a typing speed of at least 60 WPM
• You should and have first-class organisation skills
• This role comes with good prospects for progression
• Salary is very competitive but dependent on your background, up to £33k
