Senior Residential Conveyancer

An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required for a fantastic opportunity with modern and dynamic firm at their office in Northampton.  The salary on offer is negotiable and competitive dependent on experience.

This firm offer a wide range of legal services but have a real focus on Property, both Residential and Commercial.  They have offices in the Midlands and Manchester and are experiencing a period of growth at present.  They have gone from strength to strength over recent years and this has been recognised as they were shortlisted for a national Conveyancing award.

You will join the firm managing a small team of 3 made up other another Conveyancer and 2 assistants.  Your duties will include:

• Handling a mixed Residential Conveyancing caseload of between 60-75 matters
• Delegating work within the team
• Supervising junior team members
• Ensuring team targets are met
• Reporting to the Directors in relation to team performance, team training or staffing requirements

Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Fee Earners who have at least 5 years’ experience and a proven track record in Residential Conveyancing.  You must have experience of leasehold transactions, new build and shared ownership.  You should also have excellent communication and client care skills; Management experience would be beneficial.
