Employment Partner - Manchester Boutique

This commercial boutique, located in the heart of Spinningfields has gone from strength to strength over the last few years. building on their corporate and commercial expertise, and penetrating both the regional and national market.

We are looking for someone who is looking be part of moving a firm forward - you will be part of the small senior team adding your advice and expertise as they go through a new exciting, yet challenging, phase in their growth.

You will have complete autonomy over how you develop the employment practice, and you will work with the team in order to develop the brand. This is not a multi-level law firm, you will be your own boss, sharing in the profits in an outcome focussed practice. This ensures you have freedom to work flexibly and build your team how you see fit.

We feel this role will suit someone who has a background working in large regional or national firm who isi looking for something different.
