Job Details
This is an opportunity to join a legal 500 recognised property team in West London.
It is a role to step into with an existing caseload of files. The role will involve dealing with a large property caseload, to include sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), landlord and tenant and development work and acting for lenders. Solicitors from NQ level up will be considered, although residential property work must have been covered during the training contract or prior as a paralegal. It would be an advantage to have some light commercial experience too.
The client base will contain some HNW clients and you will be advising on all aspects of residential conveyancing files. Remuneration will be in relation to experience and background.
