Position - Corporate Solicitor
Solicitor/Lawyer/Corporate Law/M&A/Mergers/Acquisitions/Capital Markets/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified solicitor or lawyer to join a London based legal practice. The firm have an established presence in London with a specific focus on commercial law, providing a range of services for international and UK focused businesses. Due to an increase in demand of the firm's corporate law offering, they are now looking to bring a Solicitor into this team. As such the firm are looking for a solicitor with a broad base of corporate transactional experience who can assist on high value cases. Due to the nature of the work carried out of the firm, they would ideally be looking for specific exposure to both M&A cases and equity and debt capital markets matters. Along with this, the firm are also looking for people with proven experience in a client facing role who understands the importance of relationship management and business development. With this in mind, this is a terrific opportunity to join a law firm that has an established presence in London and a highly rated corporate law offering, offering opportunities to work on high value transactions. On top of this there are opportunities for mentoring and training from senior members of the team and more long term opportunities for career development.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad corporate law background.
- Ideally some specific experience in M&A and capital markets work.
- Proven client facing experience.
