Job Details
I am currently recruiting for a highly regarded law firm who are seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate department in Sheffield.
You will need to be an experienced Legal Secretary, and have experience working within a Law Firm dealing within property law.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Legal secretary to join a hardworking team of professionals.
The main duties will require the post holder to:
Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating (or identifying alternative contacts) as appropriate
Provide efficient and competent secretarial and administrative support
Produce long, complex house-style documents
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions
Diary management - arranging meetings, conference calls, lunches and booking travel
Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages
Applicants must have experience of:
Previous legal experience with in a law firm that deals with property
Excellent secretarial skills, fast accurate typing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong document production skills
Excellent organisational and administrative ability
Professional telephone manner
Sound knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
