Our client is looking for an EL/PL Solicitor to work in the defendant insurance department. The Solicitor will be working on high-quality caseloads for a variety of clients on Fast & Multi-track claims. This is a mixed caseload of Personal Injury including EL/PL cases with no RTA. The Solicitors key role and responsibilities will be:

• To work on a high-quality caseload for a variety of clients on Fast & Multi-track claims, including EL/PL cases.
• To work on mainly personal injury related, but may also involve property damage recoveries. 
• Independently running own caseload

The minimum requirements for the Solicitor role are:

Essential

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience.
• Strong Academics (2.1 or higher degree) or equivalent.
• 3 years or more defendant personal injury experience.
• Experience of Fast Track and/or Multi-Track claims experience.
• Able to run own caseload with some supervision.
• Experience of Personal Injury EL/PL work.
• To have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
