Healthcare Regulatory - Birmingham

I'm looking to speak with Regulatory Solicitors who have experience in advising clients, particularly from the healthcare sector, on a range of matters. 

My client is a leading Birmingham firm with an outstanding reputation across its legal services, with a growing offering advising Healthcare sector clients. As such, they are now in a phase of their expansion where they want to recruit a junior level Solicitor (2 - 5 years’ PQE an approximate guideline) to enable them to continue to deliver on existing work while freeing up senior Solicitors to continue with the developmental work.

The caseload which you will undertake will concern Regulatory matters relating to health & social care providers, housing sector clients, quality care commission, inquests, education work, safeguarding, and HSE and fire safety matters.   

You will come from a background in Regulatory work, gained at a firm with a strong reputation for this area of law, though the firm has a great on-going professional development and training programme. In addition, the firm puts a large emphasis on promoting its core values, and seeks to recruit 'like-minded' individuals who understand its values and outlook, and seek to work and contribute to the firm in a similar manner.
