Serious Injury Solicitor

Top rated Liverpool based PI firm requires a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in running serious injury claims.

The Serious Injury Team currently consists of 4 experienced PI and Clinical Negligence Lawyers and following a period of steady growth another member of the team is required.

The role will involve dealing with claims between up to £100,000 involving RTA's, motorcycle claims and employer's liability.

Salary up to £50,000. Car Park space. 26 days annual lave and other valuable benefits.

To be considered for this role you will have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes;

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven experience of dealing with good quality/high value personal injury claims
• Knowledge of high value claims and case law surrounding quantum/causation/liability.
• Excellent CPR skills.
• An ability to attract work/win work (for the top end salary)
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Experienced and proficient in the use of case management systems.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative.

In return:

Salary: Up to £50,000 for the right candidate (top end of the industry).
