An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RTA Paralegal to join an established law firm in Preston. This is a temporary role to cover a period of increased workload for 1 month on-going.
The successful candidate will be dealing with the following:
- Managing a caseload of around 160 RTA claims
- Claims will predominantly be credit hire claims
- Dealing with small value claims
The ideal candidate will have 12 – 18 months of credit hire claims handling experience.
