In-house Lawyer

A market leader in the energy/utilities sector is looking for a commercially-savvy and experienced Solicitor to join its In-house Legal team. The role would be perfect for someone with 2-5 years' experience in a commercially-focussed role, ideally with some experience in projects, energy, or infrastructure. The salary and package on offer are very generous.

Working as part of a highly visible business unit, the successful Solicitor will advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and other legal matters, including project development, asset management, construction, and financing. Your legal advice will ensure that the business provide efficient energy solutions and products directly to end users; electric vehicles, charging points, and solar PV, etc.

Applications are invited from candidates both In-house and in Private Practice, that can demonstrate broad experience in commercial contracts. Those with experience in infrastructure, projects, construction, and energy, are particularly encouraged to apply. Alongside technical experience, the business is looking for someone confident with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple transactions whilst meeting deadlines. The team is collaborative, supportive, and incredibly well respected throughout the legal industry.
