Legal 100 Firm - Salisbury

A rare and exciting opportunity to enter as a paralegal within a Legal 100 firms commercial/ rural property team.

The firm are ranked within the top tiers for many of their specialisms and this includes Commercial Property and the team act for various landowners and charitable organisations.

This particular role is working within Property, Agricultural and Landowner Development and will be providing assistance to the senior staff on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. These transactions range from a few acres of farm to £20m estates and farm diversification and can include promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures.

They are flexible on the experience required, but ideally you will have some experience in general property law with a strong academic record.
