RTA MOJ Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor/ Fee Earner to join an established Legal firm in Newcastle for duration of 2-4 weeks. The client is looking for a candidate with a high degree of technical skills and a proven track record of handling all Fast-Track portal work

The successful candidate will be managing a full caseload of Fast-Track Portal work, having to deal with all aspects of the role including:

• Managing a full caseload of predominately pre-litigated RTA cases
• Dealing with fast track RTA portal work
• Using the MOJ portal from stages 1-3
• Handling a caseload of work related accidents and RTA claims

Applications will be considered from Admitted Solicitors or Legal Executive equivalent and they will consider a candidate qualified by experience. It is essential that the candidate has had experience handling a RTA personal injury caseload.
