Working from home role

Securitisation Solicitor (Property) - FTC for around 6 months with the in house legal team of a houisng company

Start date ASAP.

The successful candidate will be a qualified property lawyer who is able to come into the companys legal department and assist on a project in relation to a charging/securitisation exercise that the company is undertaking.

It is essential that all applicants are able to demonstrate a strong background in property law and be able to perform tasks relating to things such as reports on title , first tranche sales, development transfers, asset liability register work and plot site set up.

This role can be based from home with weekly travel into the companys Norwich headquarters.

The role could be ideal for a locum with the relevant experience who is able to start a new position ASAP. There is a possibility that the role could become permanent further down the line
