Job Details
Due to their continued success and expansion my client who are a key leading law firm within the personal injury market are looking for a new Fraud Fee Earner to join their highly successful Newcastle based Fraud Department.
You will be an integral member of their Part 7 Fraud Team where you will be dealing with fraud, LVI RTA Personal Injury and vehicle damage related matters. You will be handling your own caseload of fraud and personal injury matters whilst liaising with external third parties such as hire companies, medical agencies and insurance brokers
You will have experience of dealing with a personal injury caseload and ideally have at least 12 months exposure dealing with fraud matters. Candidates will be considered from both claimant/defendant backgrounds
