Family Solicitor
Worcestershire – £35-£45k DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive Family Solicitor to develop their career with an established and reputable law firm.
Duties of the role will include managing cases of Family Law to include Private Children Act matters such as divorce, pension sharing, prenuptial agreements, co-habitation and separation agreements, financial provision and domestic abuse. Advocacy at court and providing sound legal advice will be a fundamental aspect of the role in addition to reviewing, negotiating and drafting legal documents. The successful candidate will be business minded and keen to engage with business development through attendance at networking events.
A Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience to include advocacy would be the ideal candidate for the role. Motivated and driven candidates with a background of achieving targets in line with business development would be suited to the position. Candidates should be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication skills in order to explain complex legal processes to clients.
The firm does offer the opportunity for development to the right candidate, with the potential for further progression.
A salary of £35,000 to £45,000 is offered for this position however salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
