Based in the heart of the City of London this leading Legal 500 firm are looking to add to their successful Property Finance team. They act on behalf of all of the clearing banks as well as a number of international lenders, mezzanine lenders, real estate funds and various high profile corporate borrowers. The continuing success of the Finance and in particular real estate finance team a number of significant new clients have been brought onboard over the last few years thereby diversifying the client base and allowing the associates to work both lender and sponsor side.
You will be reporting into the Head of the real estate finance team and be advising on projects valued in excess of £200 million, international property work and UHNW individuals/family offices. To be able to handle the scope of the work the role will bring the firm anticipates that it will be best suited to someone working in City or commercial West End firm or a Large well reputed regional firm, and should be at least 5 years PQE.
You should be working on a high level, complex matters that require strong technical skills and you will also have direct client involvement and have a keen interest in business development.
