A legal 200 ranked firm are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their leading Swindon Team. With seven offices across the South Coast and Thames Valley regions, they provide the full range of legal services to individuals and commercial entities.

Their Commercial Property team handle a broad range of commercial property work relating to the acquisition and disposal of commercial use properties and also lease work and secured finance against real estate. The team particularly specialises in investment, landlord and tenant, development (including planning and environmental), and property finance. They work for an enviable portfolio of clients that include businesses, private individuals, public bodies and charities, SIPP and SSAS pension trustees and their customers.

Ideally, you will have experience gained as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with the ability to run your own fines autonomously or supervised and be used to assisting with business development and marketing.
