The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Greenwich, London based office.

The Role

You will work as part of the growing Company Property team. They deal with a varied and impressive client base from entrepreneurs, SMEs to national companies, with an opportunity to mine the untapped potential of existing clientele. You will take over and manage your own caseload of; auction sales and purchases, leases for commercial property, site acquisitions and disposals, investments and finance.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE), you will be based in Greenwich.
• You will be taking over an existing caseload from a fee earner who is retiring; it is high-quality work
• There is a very generous, lucrative bonus scheme on offer
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail, with excellent communication skills
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
