Highly regarded firm in the specific field of Housing Litigation are looking to appoint a solicitor at NQ-2 years PQE.

As part of a nationally and regionally recognised team, you will undertake the delivery of housing litigation matters, including injunctions, possession claims, defending disrepair claims and prosecutions, and providing all related housing management advice, and occasional advice, help and support on commercial and property disputes matters.

You will have trained and gained experience at a comparable high profile firm and had exposure to your own cases. You should also have client liasion skills with social housing clients having managed their expectations and worked towards their deadlines previously.

You will have some previous experience of CPR litigation , advocacy skills and a genuine interest in social housing Litigation cases.

You should be able to demonstrate your own organisational skills and will be a self-motivated individual.
