A Senior Residential Conveyancer is required to join a firm in Northampton.

This role would be perfect for experienced conveyancers who are ambitious to join a firm that is modern, forward thinking and ambitious to grow. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and have ambitious plans for the future and are looking for similarly ambitious people to join the team.

You will be supported by a conveyancing assistant handling a caseload of around 70 or so files of sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds and some shared ownership matters. There will be scope to grow the team and the caseload around you as you wish, in conjunction with the firms directors.

A good salary dependent on experience will be paid to the successful candidate along with other great benefits. The firm is based slightly out of town so does enjoy the benefit of free parking.
