A great opportunity for an experienced family law solicitor has emerged to join this leading commercially focused law firm with offices across the South of England.

This is a leading nationally regarded family team assisting private individuals on all issues in connection with the breakdown of relationships, as well as other family law matters, such as pre-nuptial agreements and co-habitee agreements.

There is a cross pollination of work from the commercial team meaning significant higher net worth and professional family law work and advice is required.

You will ideally have gained a sound base of experience within a highly ranked city or regional firm where you have been exposed to high quality private family law work which will include dealing with clients holding significant assets. Being trained in or having genuine interest of mediation and/or collaborative law will be seen as viewed as very advantageous.
