Job Details

Commercial Property Lawyer

An ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer is required by a very progressive and ambitious Cambridge firm that punches well above its weight.

This appointment is succession planning, so the successful candidate will need to be of partnership calibre, have a strong personality and be hungry to progress, in order to service an exceptional client base of commercial business’s.

It is likely that you will already be working for a large regional and be seeking clearer partnership prospects and perhaps something a little different, whilst still working for a recognised player in Commercial Real estate.

The caseload is exceptional and will involve a good mix of development, landlord and tenant and renewables. You must be able to think commercially and have a client-centred approach to your work, as well as being technically excellent. The firm offers a number of benefits including flexible working hours, private health insurance, life assurance and pension scheme.

This is a fantastic opportunity with very clear prospects for advancement
