As part of its continued growth, my client now seeks a newly qualified commercial litigation solicitor to join this highly regarded team.
 
You will have responsibility for your own caseload from day one coupled with solid training and you will advise an impressive client base on a broad array of standard and high value, complex contractual disputes encompassing all aspects of commercial and property litigation to include ADR and arbitration, professional negligence, contractual disputes and shareholder disputes.
 
It is essential you have completed a commercial litigation seat as part of your training contract and you are committed to developing your career in this sector.  You will have a strong academic record and a determination to succeed.
