A Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for an exciting West Midlands based opportunity with an ambitious, expanding regional law firm. Applications are invited from 0 -3 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to stretch their technical skills and develop in a supportive working environment. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. fantastic opportunity.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of Sales and Acquisitions to Lettings, Landlord and Tenant and Corporate Support. Draft and negotiate commercial leases, have a good working knowledge of landlord and tenant law be able to work independently but alongside the Partners within the department on complex transactions and build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries becoming involved in marketing and business development opportunities.
