The commercial property solicitor will have at least 1 year PQE with previous history in dealing with acquisitions and disposals, both freehold and leasehold, for commercial and corporate clients and will be able to build rapport with existing and new clients utilising your undoubted knowledge of real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, commercial Landlord and Tenant work and developments and disposal transactions.
