Private Client Solicitor. This is an outstanding opportunity for a private client solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join a private client team in richmond, Surrey. The private client solicitor will be STEP qualified. The successful private client solicitor will suit someone with a broad private client background. The private client work will focus on the formation and administration of trusts. The successful private client solicitor will have an ability to handle large and complex estates with a proactive attitude and possess an ability to deal with estates which include, intestacies, large share portfolios, cross border issues, trusts, capital gains tax mitigation etc. Salary dependent upon experience.
