A Solicitor or FILEX is wanted to manage an Agricultural Law caseload with a highly regarded Cambridgeshire based law firm. Salary is dependant on PQE but it will be comparable with other firms who have a national profile.

There is plenty of scope for progression here too.

This high profile firm delivers high quality legal advice to corporates, commercials and individuals.

Acting for private individuals running agricultural and rural businesses or using farmland as an investment, the Solicitor will provide advice on a variety of issues.

Typical caseloads may include sales, purchase and transfers of farms and farmland, grant, termination and dealings with all types of tenancies, sales for non-agricultural use, diversification projects, environmental stewardship schemes, mineral leases, sales/letting/purchase of estate/farm cottages and other residential property, sporting rights etc.

Applications are invited from Agricultural or Commercial Property Solicitors with any level of PQE who are looking for a strong platform to build a successful career.

Candidates will be confident in their skills, be able to communicate with their client base and may have some connection to regional agriculture.

If you are at NQ-1 year PQE level then someone with training in commercial property background will be considered provided you can demonstrate a genuine interest in switching over to Agricultural Law. Training will be provided.
