Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial)

Our client are a top 500 law firm who have a strong regional presence based within the heart of East Anglia.

We are actively seeking for our client`s growing team based within the Cambridge/Newmarket area an experienced Property Solicitor with solid experience to manage a busy & challenging caseload. The split of work is generally 80% residential & 20% commercial property work.

In addition the successful Candidate will actively immerse themselves in business development initiatives, building & maintaining client relationships & promoting the department & practice as a whole.

The Candidate:

Must be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 Years’ PQE, preferably gained within private practice.

Will be technically competent with solid Property experience.

Will have excellent communication & client care skills.

Will be able to organise their workload to meet tight deadlines.

Will be personable with a detail orientated approach.

Will have a strong desire for business development.

A following of clients to bring to the practice is desirable but not essential requirement.
