Private Client Elderly Support - Somerset

My client, a reputable regional firm with multiple offices across Somerset and are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 Years PQE with Elderly Support related work to join their busy, amicable team.

Ideally you will have have experience of running a caseload of your own with minimum supervision to be considered. It would be advantageous if you have worked on behalf of vulnerable people previously, include finding suitable care homes, long term care funding, preparing and registering powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
