Employment Solicitor

Working closely with the Head of Department, the chosen Employment Solicitor will be involved in a breadth of Employment matters, making a significant contribution to the development of the Employment team which is award-winning. They've acted for all kinds of business, with a focus on; Security, Construction, Veterinary practices, GP practices and Care homes.

You will work closely with clients and colleagues and you should have a keen eye for service delivery. Drafting contracts, agreements, policies and procedures, you'll also provide corporate support and advise to clients, on all employment-related issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, contracting out and the effect of TUPE.

The successful candidate will have: -

- Solid experience working in an established and recognised Employment Department.
- A client following or at least a proven track record of developing new client relationships.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Commercial acumen.
