Commercial Property Solicitor.
A top tier national law firm with excellent existing Commercial Property offering is looking to further augment their Healthcare Property Development specialist team with the addition of an experienced, Associate level, Commercial Property Solicitor.
The department services a fantastic clientele (on behalf of national and regional NHS clients) on a diverse array of instructions including: purchase, licenses, acquisitions and disposals, and medium to large-scale developments. It is required that the successful applicant will have demonstrable retail and development experience as part of a very well regarded Commercial Property department.
You will also be proactive, able to take and give direction as necessary, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and exceptional client care skills. Market leading salary (up to £50k) and full benefits are the just reward for this exciting position.
