The Specter Partnership Ltd Solicitors are a niche firm committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service.  We specialise in Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation and Professional and Clinical Negligence claims.

We are seeking an individual, used to working within a small team and committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal and customer service.

Based in Farringdon, the position comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 4+ yrs PQE experience and passion for both RTA and Professional Negligence.  

You will have your own caseload of Fast track non-portal cases (including portal) working under supervision with the ability to conduct cases from beginning to end including experience of the litigation process.

Additionally you will deal with a variety of high value Professional Negligence claims on behalf of claimant and defendants, representing  lawyers, doctors, finance and IT professionals, accountants, brokers and surveyors or alternatively claims whose cases have been settled at an under value.

You must be flexible, confident, determined and enthusiastic with the ability to develop business for the firm and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, prioritisation and organisational skills.  Foreign language in particular Polish, would be a distinct advantage.

Hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday, 1 hour for lunch Flexibility to amend hours to provide absence cover/deal with urgent tasks
