Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We have been approached by a progressive commercial firm in Chester where there is now the chance for a recently qualified commercial litigation solicitor to join the team.

This is a rare opportunity for a solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) with ambition to join an established and well respected firm offering excellent prospects and the chance to work in a friendly but professional working environment.

Handling you own files as well as supporting senior fee earners in more complex matters this is an excellent opportunity to build your commercial litigation experience. Keys areas of dispute resolution work will include (but not limited to):

• Debt recovery
• Intellectual property
• Partnership disputes
• Contentious probate
• Professional negligence
• Shareholder and director disputes
