A leading regional practice with additional City offices, is seeking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor to join its offices in Dorchester & Poole offices.  Working alongside an experienced team of lawyers, you will be involved with a range of Company/Commercial work, including business sales and purchases, commercial contracts, private equity matters, and other corporate finance related transactions.

Applications are encouraged from technically astute Solicitors who have achieved a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience, seeking to further develop their experience within Company/Commercial Law.
